At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchase. If your new home item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Alessi packaging, including all documentation and protective inserts, to ensure they arrive safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
